2. Product Description

Zinc balls are made from 0# distilled zinc ingots produced by Huludao Zinc Industry Co., Ltd., with a zinc content of ≥99.995%. The raw materials strictly comply with the national standard GB/T 470-1997. The zinc balls have a smooth and bright surface, a dense structure, no shrinkage cavities or air holes.

From raw material (zinc ingot) inspection to finished product delivery, no other components are allowed to enter, and no other metals are mixed in. We use high-end testing instruments such as DF-100 direct-reading spectrometer and plasma atomic emission spectrometer. Each working layer is inspected layer by layer before warehousing, and no tiny details are missed, thus ensuring the long-term stable performance of our products and the zinc content of each batch of zinc balls reaches 99.995%.

3. Enterprise Strength

The company was the first in the domestic industry to obtain the ISO9000:2000 international quality system certification issued by Beijing Juncheng Credit Quality Certification Co., Ltd. on January 8, 2005, and obtained the import and export right in the same year.

With advanced and leading technology and strict testing procedures, we have formed a production enterprise with an annual output of over 2,000 tons of zinc balls, zinc grains and zinc wires as the main products, and have long-term supplied many foreign-funded enterprises at home and abroad.

4. Transportation and Storage

Prohibit loading and unloading with packaging and transportation tools corroded by acid, alkali, salt and other substances.

Store in a dry and ventilated warehouse without corrosive substances, and strictly prevent rain and water wetting.
