3. Product Description

• Application Fields: Widely used in automotive, aircraft, shipbuilding, container, machinery manufacturing, metal casting, and metal surface treatment industries, known as the "beautician of metal surfaces".

• Technical Background: The core technology is sourced from Japan. The company has two doctoral-level technical personnel who are committed to the innovation and improvement of products.

• Quality Control Process: No other ingredients are mixed in and no contact with other metals from raw materials (zinc ingots) to finished products. High-end instruments such as DF-100 direct reading spectrometer and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer are adopted for testing to ensure the zinc content of each batch of zinc pellets is ≥99.99%.

4. Characteristics of Zinc Pellets

• The specific gravity is close to that of iron, and the hardness is low, which can remove large burrs without damaging the products.

• Different from aluminum abrasives, it has extremely low risks of dust explosion and fire, and can be used as a safe sandblasting material for deburring aluminum products.

6. Transportation and Storage

• Do not use packaging and transportation tools with corrosive substances such as acid, alkali and salt for shipment.

• Store in a dry, ventilated warehouse without corrosive substances, and strictly prevent rainwater from getting wet.
